Anything can become an addiction, depending
upon your intent. Today notice, without judgment, your addictions - the
things you do to avoid your feelings of loneliness, heartbreak and
helplessness over others. Notice substances, activities, and behaviors
toward others. Ask yourself, "Am I doing this because it is loving to
myself and supports the highest good of my soul's journey, or am I doing
this to avoid taking responsibility for feelings?" Awareness gives you
new choices.
