The wonderfully empowering energy waves that you Light bearers and wayshowers have been sharing and extending during these last few weeks are bearing beautiful and exotic fruit of an extremely sweet and uplifting nature.  If you could see and appreciate what you are achieving in every moment you would be dumbfounded. You all chose to incarnate at this point in humanity’s evolution so that you could assist in the process of awakening, which you knew would be both demanding and stressful, and you are doing great work, just as you intended and planned.  That you would not experience real knowledge or awareness of the task that you had undertaken as you struggled to play your parts was known to you before you incarnated, and you accepted it as an essential part of the divine plan.
The part each one of you plays is absolutely essential and has to be spontaneous, an appropriate response to the situations in which you find yourselves moment by moment.  Intuitively you always know what the appropriate response is, however, in the moment you have to make a choice based on the information presented in that moment, and because you are humans living in an illusory state, where nothing truly is as it seems, there is always room for error, and errors get made.  By making errors you learn from your experiences, and it becomes apparent to you, if you are willing to see clearly what those errors show you, that Love is always the only answer that will provide lasting resolution to any issues, problems, and conflicts that arise.
Your history shows you very clearly that conflicts can never be resolved through force of arms.  It has been tried, and tried, and tried, and it always leads to further conflict and suffering.  Peace enforced is not peace, it is but a temporary cease-fire until the parties concerned are ready once more to go to war.
There are now very few among you who have not become fully aware of this, even if all are not yet prepared to admit to the truth of it.  Enthusiasm for war is declining rapidly, although it often seems to the few who are in positions to make the decisions to go to war that there are no alternatives.  But without the enthusiastic support of their subordinates – and all across the world the decision makers are discovering, much to their chagrin, that that support is not forthcoming – the decision to engage in war cannot be made, and so it is first delayed and then abandoned.
The threats of potential conflict in various parts of the world that are being reported by the media are but ill-considered attempts to prepare people to accept that, in certain circumstances, war must be waged to ensure world peace and stability. But, because the collective has decided to awaken, the hollowness of that kind of argument is clearly seen, and those who consider themselves to be the guardians of world peace with the right and the power to take a nation to war will not be able to raise the necessary support to do so.  There may well be lots of sabre rattling as the politicians save face, but the time for war on Earth is over.
As you know, the New Age of peace and abundance for all has arrived and is being established all across the world as you wayshowers and Light bearers channel, extend, and share in and intensify the divine field of Love in which all of creation has its eternal existence.  For eons the Love of God, your heavenly Father has been dreamt of, hoped for, and prayed for, but always you were judging and condemning one another and by so doing closing yourselves off to Love.
Love is all-inclusive, all-accepting, all-honoring, It has no room for judgment of any kind.  Judgment is of the illusion and therefore unreal, but you have believed in it, believed that God judged, and have frequently taken it self-righteously on yourselves to judge others supposedly on His behalf. What unbelievable and insane arrogance!
Within the illusion you made an image of God in your own human likeness!  You have many paintings of an old wise-looking and bearded man, very human looking because that was what you chose as a representation of God.  No image could be further from the truth, because the god that you imagined and worshipped was one who bore grudges and sought vengeance on those whom you, on his behalf, judged unworthy of him.  He was in fact utterly human, unreal, illusory.
Finally, in these last few decades, the insanity of that kind of belief is becoming apparent to more and more of you as you move consistently and steadfastly towards awakening.  You are being drawn onwards by the power of Love to which you have finally started to open your hearts, and you have realized collectively that no image that any one of you could conceive of could give you even the remotest idea of what your Father might look like.
He Is.  He is beyond description, He can only be experienced, and only by those who have discarded all within them that is unloving.  And that experience, when it happens for you, will be one of infinite and utterly unimaginable ecstasy that continues eternally; brilliantly brighter than the brightness of all the stars in the universe combined.  It is not to be experienced lightly or without enormous preparation, preparations that you start in on when you move permanently into the spiritual realms, leaving all form and matter way behind you.
In the meantime know that your awakening into Love, into the spiritual realms, is far closer than you might think.  Unfathomable joy will soon be yours because that is what you have chosen and that is totally in alignment with God’s Will for you.  And from there there is no limit as you know yourselves once more as beings of infinite Love.

The New Year is a time for cleansing, for releasing old thought patterns that no longer serve you, for forgiving yourselves and others, and for renewing your inherent but possibly forgotten intent to share and extend the Love that God offers you in every moment of your eternal existence.  It is a time to remind yourselves that you are always firmly held in the loving embrace that enfolds all of creation, that you can never be separated from it, and that any feeling or sense that you are alone, abandoned, or judged unworthy by God is illusory, a terrifying fantasy whose time is past.  You will awaken and your joy will be boundless.
To awaken is and has been your destiny ever since you chose to temporarily forget who you are.  God, Wisdom, Reality, Love knew that your desire to experience existence without Him was unsustainable and that you would change your mind and allow the illusion to crumble and dissolve, and that is what it is now in the process of doing because you have collectively chosen to awaken.  There have indeed been moments when it has appeared that you are back-sliding, that you do not wish to awaken, but those moments are also illusory – there is only Reality! – consequently your awakening is inevitable, unavoidable, and divinely assured.
During these last moments of your illusory experience just continue going within to that quiet, deep, inner space where you can know yourselves, know that you are the children of God, and renew your intent for humanity to return to Reality by releasing its fascination with, its desire for, and its belief in the illusion, thus removing its only support.  The power you have available to you to maintain it is enormous because you are divine beings of infinite power, but as soon as you remove that supportive intent from it by focusing instead on the Source, Reality, God, the illusion will dissolve.  It is only a matter of time before this occurs, and then time, being also illusory, will also be gone and you will realize that it was nothing but a dream, a dream that is fading very rapidly from your memory, from your awareness.
You were created in Love, the Source-field in which all of creation has its eternal existence, and beyond It there is nothing because there is no beyond, there is only Love, God, Source, Reality, the Supreme Intelligence – you have many names in your different cultures, nations, and religions for the One that encompasses and contains All.  Therefore you are all inseparable and essential parts or aspects of the One; without even one of you It would be incomplete and that is impossible. Therefore your eternal existence is divinely and eternally maintained by that divine and unchanging Intent.
Relax therefore in the certain and indisputable knowledge that you are, each one of you without exception, indispensable aspects of the One to Whom you are eternally and unbreakable connected.  The time for experiencing the unreal and the impossible – separation from your Source – is drawing to a close, so celebrate the arrival of this New and about to be most Uplifting and Inspiring Year with enthusiasm and joy because you are to return to awareness, consciousness of who you truly are, and the wonder of that will amaze and delight you.
God’s Will for you is that you reside in a state of complete and utter happiness upon which nothing can impinge, and, of course, your will is in complete alignment and harmony with His, so that supreme state will indeed be your eternal Home, the Home from which, in truth, you have never departed.  And on your return you will recognize It as the state of bliss and completion that you have been seeking throughout all your earthly incarnations.
You have a saying: “Home is where the heart is.”  You have never left Home because your Heart is One with God’s in every moment, and your apparent return there is but an awakening, a rubbing of your sleepy eyes, and a return to your natural and fully conscious state.  What you have been seeking has been with you always, but hidden from your view, from your experience, from your knowing by your choice to enter the illusion and play there as though separated from yourselves and from your Source.  Your collective intent built the illusion, and now your collective intent is dissolving it.
You cannot live without Love.  It is the life force, the limitless field of infinite divine energy in which All That Is has Its eternal and utterly fulfilling existence.  You are alive and therefore held closely in the warm embrace of the field of Love which supports you totally and provides abundantly for all your needs without you having to, as it were, lift a finger.  All is divinely taken care of so that you can explore and develop your limitless and fully absorbing creative abilities while basking in the Love and admiration in which your Father envelops you.  Words here are without meaning, they are totally inadequate to even attempt to describe the joy and the wonder to which you are shortly to be exposed.
Go within daily and ask for guidance, a felt sense of your Father’s and our Love for you.  Open your hearts fully, without doubt, fear, or anxiety, so that, even as you remain temporarily embodied, you allow yourselves to experience a little of what lies in store for you, and you will be overwhelmed by the sensation that embraces you.

The New Year of 2014 has arrived bringing with it an abundance of blessings for all of humanity as you approach ever more closely to the moment of your awakening into Reality.  Let go of your doubts about this and any you may have about God, even about whether He truly exists or not, for they only disconcert you.  Deep within you know that you are forever held in His loving embrace and are shortly to awaken. Focus on the truth of that, the Reality of that, and allow His Love to flow through you to all of humanity uplifting and inspiring you as It does so.
We are all One.  There is no separation.  God is All that there is.  He is His creation and therefore we are all, every one of us without exception, eternally part of or aspects of God.
You, humanity, lost sight of this eternal Truth as you engaged with the illusion and chose to experience an imaginary and unreal separation from your ever-loving Source.  Well, the time has come for you to cease having that unreal and extremely discouraging experience.  You were created to live as One with Source, God, our heavenly Father, Love in action, and until you return to that state you can never be truly happy.  Within the illusion you always feel driven to seek out something better, something more, and each time you find something it very quickly loses its appeal, its charm.  What you are truly seeking, but scarcely recognize, is a return to Reality, only you cannot remember It, and therefore you settle for extremely unsatisfactory substitutes that can only add to your unhappiness as they constantly disappoint you, failing utterly to fill the enormous gap in your hearts that only God’s Love can satisfy.
It is always there for you, waiting for you to open to It, but distrust and disbelief have become endemic for you because you have been hurt so often and have suffered so much.  To be separated from Source is to suffer, because your natural state is to be one with It, and even though the separation is unreal – if it were real you would instantly cease to exist – the pain it causes you is intense.  You long to belong, to be One with, and you seek out lovers and friends but to no avail because the only true satisfaction is to be One with your Source.  When you open yourselves to that Love once more, fully open yourselves to It, all suffering ceases, and that is your awakening.
To move forwards towards that state cease all judgment and intend to see only the Light, the Christ Consciousness in others.  When you do that you become a loving presence and the energy field surrounding you glows, and it warms all those with whom you connect in any manner at all.  They then resonate with that warmth and their own energy fields light up with joy.  There are very few among you who have not had at least a slight experience of the warmth of another’s love, and therefore you know how uplifting and inspiring it can be.
As you have been told time and time again “Love is the answer, always.”  It is no good waiting for others to behave lovingly first, it just does not work like that, because that is withholding love until you receive it, and so your energy field remains cool and uninviting to others.  When you offer a heartfelt loving presence others feel it, relax into it, and then respond in like manner.  The trick is to always be loving even when you feel coldness, rejection, or attack.  If you automatically erect your own defenses in a situation like that no progress is possible as is demonstrated very clearly as unsuccessful attempts are made all over the world to replace conflict with peace while maintaining impregnable defenses.
Loving openness works, but very few have the courage to try it.  Those that have are highly praised and honored, but are almost always thought to be exceptional people operating in exceptional circumstances that have little or no bearing elsewhere.  This is most definitely not the case, so learn from those who show that Love works, follow their examples, and take courage from the results that you achieve, initially probably quite small, but startling enough to encourage you to continue.
Love starts with you.  It is as simple as that.  But nearly all of your cultures have taught you to be cautious, to withhold love until it can be safely offered to one who will honor it and return it.  That just builds an impasse, an uncrossable barrier demonstrating hostility and distrust.  Love offers itself without barriers or defenses of any kind, and continues to do so even when it encounters blocking barriers and defenses thus dissolving them, or at least bypassing them and allowing trust to grow.
In this New Year of 2014 make it your resolution and intent to offer only love, regardless of any barriers or defenses you may encounter, and help to awaken humanity, as has always been your intent from the moment that you incarnated as humans.  You have limitless support and encouragement from all in the spiritual realms that will assure your success.

The sex of God

The sex of God

From time to time people comment on the fact that Saul always refers to God as Him or He and suggest that to refer to “Him” and “He” always is to be offensive, wrong, insensitive, and disrespectful of women.
God, Love, Spirituality, who we truly are, is NOT about sex or sexual differences, which are part of the limitations that we imposed on ourselves when we chose to experience life in the illusion as humans; and nor is this blog. It is about the fact that we are all One, lost in the illusion, and that we are engaged in the process of finding our way Home to God, to Completion, to returning to our original state of infinite Love, of infinite Wisdom, of infinite Knowledge; of rediscovering ourselves, regardless of our sex, as the essential parts of All That Is that we truly are. In God there is NO separation.
We, everyone of us humans here in the illusion, males, females, gays, and lesbians, are all ONE, and we are also One with God Who is All That Is. Even though, here in our illusory environment, we appear to be separate individuals with our own individual agendas, needs, desires, and problems, struggling to survive in a hostile environment where it seems that to trust is to invite disaster.
To focus on the aspect of our self that is either male, or female, or gay, or lesbian is to focus on incompleteness, because in truth each one of us, while embodied in the illusion and having a genitally defined physical human form, has both male and female characteristics to enable us to empathize with and understand each other, and to be complete in ourselves (although it appears that the majority of us seek completion in a relationship with another). Needless to say some of us are better at this than others, which is another aspect of the severe limitations that the illusion places on us, but by our own choice. We are each responsible for how we choose to experience our life as a human. We can choose to focus on the pain and suffering, or we can choose to focus on finding our way Home.
To focus on the inadequacies and problems of the illusion, and there are indeed vast quantities of those, is to distract ourselves from our life’s work of finding our true Self which is as an inseparable part of God. The messages that Saul offers so lovingly, are offered to all who wish to hear, and are purely to help us with the only task that matters: awakening into Reality. To do that, he tells us, we must focus on the Light that is within us, placed there by God at the moment of our apparent separation from Him, to ensure that we would never really be lost. When we engage with life in ways that are loving and compassionate, and accept the fact that we are divinely loved in every moment, we are then able to find that Light within us which will lead us home. And then our fixation on the sexual identity of God becomes totally immaterial, because He is infinitely beyond identity. He just Is . . .
It seems to me that the issue of human sexuality, let alone the sexuality of God, has become an enormous diversionary distraction over which even wars can be fought. God IS Love. Love IS our nature, and that is where we should be focusing our attention.

The reality of the oneness of humanity, your interdependence on each other, and of course on the planet that so lovingly supports you is breaking into the awareness of even those most resistant to such a concept. This awareness is an essential part of your ongoing awakening process, and even those most impervious so far to the idea are realizing that their children and grandchildren need an environment in which peace and harmony prevail, which is why they too are choosing to become aware and to become the change that human survival on Earth demands.

Those in “failed” relationships, although consumed with bitterness for each other, do love their progeny and want the best for them. Their concept of what is best for them may be faulty, but the intent is loving. And truly there are no “failed” relationships because every relationship is a mutually chosen series of lessons which all those involved chose to undertake – lessons largely in the futility of resentment and blame. When a choice is made by either partner to see anger, bitterness, and attack as a call for love, the relationship changes – maybe improving, or maybe showing one of the partners that it is time to move on peaceably and calmly, thus freeing both.

Co-dependency is far, far different from interdependency. It occurs when one or both in a relationship use their partnership – adult-adult, parent-child, boss-subordinate, corporation-employee, government-people – as a means to maintain a sense of power over, or a sense of helplessness under, the other. It is unloving and damaging, as you are all well aware, but it does present those engaged in them with enormously powerful lessons that if properly learnt and understood lead to freedom.

Those presently embroiled in such relationships are finding them increasingly untenable, unacceptable, and unworkable as their awareness grows of what it is they are doing to themselves and to the other. This is an indication of Love seeping in where previously it was locked out. Love frees, It brings awareness, It never forces an entry, controls or manipulates, and as the divine love field enveloping the planet strengthens so does its influence, bringing a realization to even the most hurt and damaged among you that they have a right to Love.

They demonstrate this by taking the first steps to disengage from relationships which they feel are destroying them. When this occurs they need tremendous amounts of loving support and understanding, not judgments that suggest that they are to blame for the situation, nor even partially to blame, just loving support where they can find peace and acceptance to enable them to come to terms with what is happening.

They are seeking Love. It is within them, as It is within everyone, but they need help to find It because It has been hidden from them for far too long, under the pain and grief that they have been enduring, and they have no memory of It. Your acceptance of them demonstrates Love in action and helps them to find It within themselves, enabling them to offer It back to you in thanks and appreciation. Maybe it is their first experience of Love, kindling within them a sense that if they can give It they must indeed have It, and a feeling of peace comes over them. Your offering of Love to others is powerful! Even when done silently and unobtrusively. Use that power frequently during the day – and change the world!

Love is yours in abundance; you possess an inexhaustible supply. The more freely and abundantly you offer It, the more It fills you, bringing peace and joy in its wake, and an enormous increase in your own awareness and ability to accept that you are truly divine beings on a mission to Earth to assist her and humanity in the awakening process. Do not attempt to estimate how powerful you are because you will hugely misjudge your effect! Just intend – each time you think about it during the day – to send Love wherever It seems to be most needed and God will use you as a channel for His divine Purpose. When you awaken you will be astonished when you learn what you have been doing so successfully during your seemingly long and grueling earthly sojourn.

To awaken is humanity’s destiny. It is inevitable and unavoidable, and that is a very good reason to be happy and joyful. I cannot impress upon you strongly enough how much God, our Father, loves you all in every moment of your existence. There is nothing that any of you has ever done, or could ever do, that would cause him to withdraw His Love from you – absolutely nothing! There are some among you who doubt this, but it is a doubt, a worry that you need to release. You are all God’s beloved children – children whom He loves without reservation, always. Whenever you feel down, depressed, shameful, worthless, guilty, or angry, just remind yourselves of this divine truth – “God loves me and will always love me regardless of what I or anyone else might think, say, or do.”

This does not mean, as you well know, that you can behave thinkingly or unthinkingly in an unloving manner. To behave in a manner that hurts another hurts you more! It may not seem like that, but someone who has been hurt can forgive, whereas someone who is doing the hurting cannot. You cannot forgive anyone as long as you are inflicting pain on them – and that includes yourself because to hurt another is to hurt yourself. To forgive, you have to stop inflicting pain, and to bear a grudge or carry resentment of any kind is to inflict pain on yourself, a pain that frequently drives you to project it outwards on to others whom you then see as the cause of your misery or unhappiness.

In the illusion, where there is so much pain and suffering, it seems that pain and suffering are imposed on some by others, often very vindictively, and in a sense this is correct. But those behaving so unconscionably are themselves crying out for love. If you attack them their pain intensifies – and a common response to that suggestion might be “A good thing too, they deserve it.” But attacking conflict with conflict only leads to further conflict. Those who could and would cause suffering can only be disarmed by love and forgiveness. And if their pain is intense, as is very likely, disarming them is a slow process that requires love and forgiveness in abundance.

All of you who are presently on Earth as wayshowers and Light-bearers have learnt forgiveness and are here now to teach it. Yes, many of you have suffered severely in your present lives and have issues with forgiving, perhaps feeling that you have not learnt to forgive and that you have no desire to do so. Nevertheless, you have to admit to yourselves that you do know that love is the only answer, whatever the problem. You are aware that forgiveness is the way forwards, and you are working on engaging with forgiveness to release all your own anger, bitterness, and resentment.

You know that you need to do this, you know that this is the path you chose to follow, despite the pain, even though you are often struggling with it as you recall the unconscionable experiences that you have undergone personally, but you have sought spiritual assistance and you are receiving it. Keep asking for help, and keep holding the intention to forgive or to learn to forgive, and with the spiritual assistance you are receiving you will succeed. Then you will demonstrate forgiveness, and by doing so, teach it to others.

That lesson is the major one that all are in the process of learning and putting into effect. And the best teachers are those who are closest to their own experiences of personal pain and suffering, because they can relate the most compassionately to those who are suffering, while at the same time being open to the awareness in themselves of the pain that those inflicting suffering are undergoing. They can see and understand both perspectives. No one who is not in pain imposes pain intentionally on anyone else.

Accidents occur through thoughtlessness or unawareness, and pain is inflicted. But those who cause those situations are filled with as much or sometimes more grief than those who got hurt. It could well be that a person’s first lesson in forgiveness happens when they get involved in a situation where an accident occurs and they are given the opportunity to offer compassion and forgiveness to the one who caused the injury, as well as to those who were injured.

Rushing to blame and judgment only inflames a situation that is already causing much pain to all involved. In your quiet times, your times that you set aside to be alone, dwell on forgiveness, remember instances when you were unexpectedly forgiven, and set the intention to be ready to forgive should something occur to upset, offend, or cause injury – physical or psychological – to you or to a loved one. Your awakening process involves opening to love and forgiveness, and an essential part of that process is to set the intention to do so every day. Remember that to forgive and to be forgiven brings acceptance and love in a most disarming fashion. Practice it, demonstrate it, and be the fine teachers that you truly are.

Beneath the cloak of alarm and disaster with which the mainstream media blankets the airwaves, much of an extremely positive and beneficial nature is happening as more and more of you gather in groups to address the issues which have successfully divided you against one another for so long. It is definitely time for a major change in attitudes and perceptions, and this is now happening on a much larger scale than you might think, because peaceful and loving initiatives seldom make it into the papers, let alone to the front pages or to the major TV networks. However, despite the lack of mainstream reportage, an enormous amount of progress is being made very rapidly as those with the knowledge, the communication skills, and an enthusiastic passion to bring about the changes that the New Age symbolizes and will serve, get together, both in person and electronically, to develop and enhance the abundance of creative ideas which are exploding into the conscious awareness of so many of you.

Thoughts and ideas are the necessary precursors to action of any kind, and a vast selection of new and brilliant ones are currently being developed in what many of you might consider to be the most unlikely places. The best of these ― and they are also numerous ― are being developed very quickly and effectively to deal with the problems that your modern economic and industrial activities have so severely aggravated over the last few decades. The technologies and equipment needed to repair the damage caused to the planet by decades of use of unnecessarily destructive methods of harvesting both mineral and biological resources are now available and will be put to work first to mitigate the damaging environmental effects already caused, and then to heal the areas where destruction has occurred.

Those of you who have seen some of the extreme depredation that has been perpetrated in remote areas might think that the harm is beyond repair, but the planet is a valiant and powerful soul, and the remedies that are now available for assisting in her healing are quite remarkable. What you might think of as amazing results are beginning to occur as these remedies are applied.

And of course the new energies that have been flowing so freely and abundantly over the last few months are having a very beneficial effect on humanity as a whole, bringing into people’s awareness with increasing intensity the realization and the remembrance that all are one and that to care for self means to care for all. The art of caring is returning to places where it has not been seen for a very long time, and is bringing peace with it which enables spiritual renewal to spread through communities that have suffered division and conflict for generations.

The way forwards towards awakening is looking very bright and optimistic even in spite of the ongoing problems on which the media have been focusing their attention. A sea change in attitudes and behaviors has been firmly established, and although a little back-sliding may occur here and there, the onwards march of humanity to the moment of mass awakening will not be halted.

In your daily lives, make a point of looking for the bright moments, the moments of upliftment, and do not discount them as aberrant occurrences that are too good to be true; they are not. They are signs, very visible signs of the New Age that has arrived and is creating the strong foundations on which lasting peace, harmony, and abundance are being established.

All across the world people are standing up and supporting one another as they refuse to be cowed or suppressed any longer by seemingly powerful elites who would control them. Those days are coming to an end, although you will continue to see signs of resistance from those elites for a little longer as they attempt to defend their indefensible positions of prestige, remaining reluctant to release the power and authority they have enjoyed and still see as their “rightful heritage.”

Social change of a major nature is firmly underway. The Arab Spring followed by the Occupy Movement are just the first signs of this major social turning-point and it is irreversible. Moreover, further movements for change in which the peoples of the world reclaim and regain their sovereignty, their respect, and their dignity are building rapidly. Large numbers of those who supported the old order are having “Aha” experiences as they realize that it is not, and never has been, in their best interests to carry out the enforcement demanded of them.

Weapons are being laid down in many places as more and more of you come to the understanding that no problems can ever be resolved by resorting to violence. Animated discussions are taking place to resolve divisive issues, and it is becoming ever more apparent to those involved that this is the only sane way forwards.

Assistance from those in other realms and dimensions proceeds unabated, and the divine field of Love continues its task of penetrating all hearts and melting away anything it finds there that is not in perfect alignment with it. Look forwards brightly, optimistically, and enthusiastically in the sure knowledge that your collective will and intent is most definitely moving into a state of permanent alignment with God’s.

You are also doing cleansing for humanity and the planet

Here in the spiritual realms our pleasure is intensifying as the new energies flow across the Earth, connecting all of humanity to the divine field of Love more securely than has been the case for a very long time. Because its connection to you all has become so strong it is practically impossible for anyone to remain unaware of it.

Of course, vast numbers of your sisters and brothers who are very deeply asleep still do not know what is going on, or what is causing the internal emotional upheavals they are experiencing. Over-the-counter medications are not helping to suppress these unwelcome sensations, so they are having to address them, often for the first time. Be patient, therefore, when you encounter people who are behaving strangely – angry, depressed, sad, exhausted – and be prepared to lend them an ear if they need to talk. Otherwise, intend to send them love, compassion, forgiveness, and healing because it is what they need in the moment, and your intentions in this field are now very powerful.

You are all here to assist in the awakening process, as you very well know, but it still needs to be brought to your attention regularly and frequently, because many of you are also undergoing intense personal emotional cleansing that tends to distract you from the task you have taken on for this lifetime. Effectively you are doing your own cleansing, and you are also doing cleansing for humanity and the planet, which is why you are so honored.

Quiet time alone in prayer, contemplation, or meditation needs to be an absolutely essential part of your daily routines, regardless of how busy you are – and we know that some of you truly are extremely busy. While in that safe and quiet space – and you might be stuck in slow-moving traffic while taking that time out – just remind yourselves and say “I am Love,” because there is nothing else, and it need only take you a moment. This is a very powerful affirmation because it is absolutely and undeniably true, as you know at the depths of your being, even if you to tend to discount it out of a false sense of humility.

This time on this day is the only time there is because, as you know, time is part of the illusion, so the only time that exists is Now! For humanity experiencing life in the illusion, that statement makes no sense, and yet it is true. When you wake up, you will move out of your awareness of time and the deadlines and limitations that it appears to impose upon you and settle into the eternal now moment where all that exists, all of creation is eternally present. So that moment in the traffic jam, when you say “I am Love,” is the eternal never-ending now, when all that occurs does so.

By focusing on the now moment and on the truth that you are Love, inseparable from your Father, you effectively make the intention to awaken from the sleep of the illusion into the glorious brightness of God’s eternal day. The illusion — an egoic idea to which you cling ferociously because it has convinced you that without your bodies you no longer exist — has only the power over you that you have given it, and you are very powerful beings. Focusing on the now moment is a very powerful intention that helps you on your path to awakening, because it is You focusing on being fully aware of your divine nature, and during those quiet moments you will get occasional enticing glimpses of Reality.

Reality is your eternal Home, and you never left it. However, you have done an extremely good job of convincing yourselves that you did. That is a demonstration of the enormous, in fact prodigious power, with which your Father endowed you at the moment of your creation. Within the illusory environment that appears to be your worldly home it is very easy to be distracted by the physical, by rocks and bodies and trees, because you look for and see their physical representation, and yet, as your modern physics has shown you, there is nothing physical: it is all energy waves or energy fields, temporarily frozen in time. Frozen energy seems very solid, but physicality will dissolve when it no longer serves you, although the energy from which it is composed is everlasting. This is a very difficult concept to grasp as you observe so much death and decay all around you. Rocks just take a little longer to dissolve or disintegrate than biological forms.

So Reality, the Home you have never left and to which you intend to return, is pure energy. You know how powerful electricity can be when it is appropriately organized, or how powerful is the discharge from an electrical storm; well that is as nothing compared to the power of which each one of you is composed. You are more powerful than a nuclear explosion, or your sun, or black holes. You are infinitely powerful beings temporarily “on holiday” from Reality, and it is your destiny to awaken. Your awakening is inevitable, so take time daily to remind yourselves of this, and let go of all the petty egoic distractions that tend to hold you to ransom. Embrace and share the Love that you are with everyone with whom you interact as you race towards Home.

As spring turns to summer in the northern hemisphere the new energies are blossoming enthusiastically all over the world, and there are now very few among the wayshowers and Light-bearers who remain unaware of the upliftment that they are providing. Your mood swings may be greater as the stuff you need to address and release comes up more insistently for your attention, but you are mostly finding that it also clears much more quickly and easily, and you do not get stuck in anger, fear, or anxiety to the same extent as you did before the great energy shift of last December.

All that exists is conscious energy, and the basis of all energy is Love from which all was created. Depending on its stage of evolution the consciousness of an energy field varies from almost insensate at the most basic level of matter (as you perceive it in the physical world) to infinite — a vast field in which numerous possibilities for evolution are present and perpetually developing. There is nothing within creation that is completely insensate; everything that exists evolves to enjoy and avail of the fantastic creative potential with which it was created. Anything a human can imagine is possible, and far, far more besides, because God in His glory is limitless, and His creation is utterly abundant.

In your physical environment you have had access to and used energy in many forms, and because of your lack of wisdom and compassion (aspects of Love) much damage has resulted as abusive practices were encouraged and engaged in for short-term gain. However, with the energy shift that came into effect late last year your collective wisdom and compassion are growing, along with the intelligence to develop and use the vast array of energy sources that cause absolutely no collateral damage and which will enable you to heal yourselves and the planet which supports you so admirably. Assistance of a very wise and technologically advanced order is now available to help you bring the planet, with her multitude of integrated, interdependent infrastructural systems, back into a state of harmony and balance.

The new energies that now envelop you are in fact a far more spiritually evolved aspect of yourselves into which you have grown because it was your collective intention to do so. They have given you a great boost in awareness which can be recognized as the explosive growth in newly available information that was previously kept hidden by a small group of very intelligent people who arrogantly believed that they alone had the right to control and direct all activities on your planet. They have been disabused of this fallacious and dangerous belief, and their ability to cling to power and control is dissipating rapidly.

New groups of intelligent, wise, compassionate, and loving individuals are forming all across the world and are making contact with one another, sharing ideas, and producing marvelous plans that will enable you to achieve the state of harmony and balance on Earth that you so desperately and deservedly desire. The New Age is blossoming as spring changes to summer, and the climactic changes that have so worried those who have been studying them will usher in an epoch of more balanced and less extreme seasonal changes for the benefit of all.

This is a time of great opportunity, when humanity’s collective intent, ably assisted by the intent of those from other realms of consciousness, is going to permanently alter the attitudes and behaviors that have caused so much pain and suffering over the eons, as misconceived plans and stratagems to conquer and control others have been followed with sadly misplaced vigor and enthusiasm in almost every corner of the world. The reasons used to justify these activities have been just as misguided because, in your ignorance, you built and used narrow and inflexible ideologies — political, scientific, philosophical, sociological, and religious — in which you firmly and unquestionably believed despite the fact that these dogmas were frequently unconscionable. They were nevertheless enforced, often ruthlessly, in order to crush and maintain control over those you disliked.

Now, inclusiveness and the acceptance of the rights and dignity of all are replacing these insane ideologies. The vast majority of humanity now intends to live peacefully and harmoniously, honoring each other’s ethnicities and cultures, and embracing these differences as prospects for developing cooperative creative ventures which will benefit all of humanity. And this intent is being achieved.

When you take time out during the day to focus on discarding any aspects of yourselves that are not in alignment with the divine field of Love in which you are enveloped, remember also to hold the intent for humanity’s awakening very firmly in your minds, because, by doing so, you are making it happen.

There is a rush on as you all work overtime

Here in the spiritual realms, the realms where form is also possible but seldom availed of, we observe with joy and gratification the tremendous progress humanity is making as it collectively moves towards the grand awakening.  Yes, you really are moving most auspiciously and determinedly towards that exciting event, and you cannot fail to reach it.  Just continue to intend for humanity to awaken, and continue to hold love for humanity — every human without exception — in your hearts as you practice loving thoughts, words, and actions in your daily lives.
And when you think you have failed, as many of you berate yourselves far too frequently for doing – perhaps for instance because you reacted angrily or self-centeredly – forgive yourselves immediately and remake your intent to be loving at all times.  Dwelling with remorse on your apparent failures is an egoic distraction and drains your energy; it is basically an exercise in pursuing and embracing guilt which serves no useful purpose.  When a mistake has been made, correct it if possible, and then move on.
You are perfect divine beings having an embodied human experience, which means that you have chosen to experience limitation in knowledge, wisdom, intelligence, compassion, and love.  Consequently, you will make errors and do or say things that you later, or instantly, will wish that you had not.  Those are just lessons that you have chosen to learn, so note them and move forward.  Life in your limited state of consciousness is a little like learning to play a musical instrument: you have to put in lots of practice to reach an adequate stage of competence, and even when you have achieved the standard that pleases you and that you aim to maintain, you still need to practice regularly, and even then you will still make errors.  It is no big deal — it is merely life in the illusion.
After many lifetimes on Earth, humanity has collectively chosen this epoch as the one in which it will awaken.  There is a rush on as you all work overtime to release the remaining aspects of yourselves that do not serve a divine purpose, and make your final preparations for this grand event.  Whenever you feel that life is not flowing smoothly enough, that the stress and anxiety is getting to you, that you are too tired to continue, be aware of those sensations, remind yourselves that where you are is where you have chosen to be for your own highest good, and that you are in fact always and eternally a beloved child of God.
You are just having an unpleasant — terrifying, horrifying, miserable, relentlessly unsatisfactory (choose whatever adjective best suits the way you view your situation) — dream or nightmare which is coming to an end.  Then go to your place of inner quiet, that soft, safe space within.  Center yourself as best you can and ask your guides for help with the situation so that you can see it more clearly.  Add a positive spin to it or look for the humor in it (truly there is always an amusing side to practically any situation if you can stop taking yourselves too seriously), and move courageously and optimistically forwards.  You will definitely feel better after doing this.
Remember, you exist eternally within the field of divine Love which embraces all of creation.  Consequently, you can engage with it any time you choose to do so, and as a result of the new energies surrounding your planet and supporting each one of you, doing that is now much easier.  Re-engaging with it, for those of you who have been temporarily disengaged, is like starting to practice playing your musical instrument again after laying it aside for a while.  You have not forgotten how to play it, but you are a bit rusty and have to do extra practice to regain your accustomed and intended competence.  Love is your nature, and if you have not been practicing for a while then a little more focus is required.  Rest assured that you will, if you ask for it, receive an abundance of help from your guides or anyone in the spiritual realms on whom you wish to call, because our joy is to assist you in your awakening process.
To awaken is the name of the game for all of humanity.  The last stages of the game are at hand, and all the players are gathering together to encourage and support one another in these final moments.  All over the world awareness of the absolute need to treat everyone with respect, acceptance, compassion, and love is growing exponentially, and signs of that are showing up in the mainstream media.  Peaceful demonstrations to raise awareness, to raise consciousness of the plight of the suppressed, of the enslaved (yes, many are still effectively enslaved by unscrupulous and severely damaged “leaders”), and of the impoverished are occurring with increasing frequency and having a dramatic effect.
For instance the demonstrations against austerity in many countries where it seems that the rich get ever richer and the population pays, are causing the political leaders to step back and reconsider their options.  They have many more avenues open to them than they wish to acknowledge because they do not wish to publicize options which, if exercised, would reduce their power and influence. Nevertheless, economic policies that have constantly failed to level the playing field can be discarded and replaced far more easily than the leaders in this field are willing to admit.  And that is already happening.
The New Age has most definitely arrived as the new energies revive within each of you the aspects of your true selves with which you were endowed at the moment of creation: compassion, generosity, acceptance, forgiveness, and most of all, the foundation on which those all rest: LOVE!  Know that all is well, and give thanks.

You are each a master of what you choose to pay attention to

Well, as I have told you before, humanity is on a roll!  The awakening process for you all is proceeding very rapidly indeed, and the loving energy that you Light-bearers and wayshowers are demonstrating and sharing is proving extremely effective in helping this process along.  Keep it up, because you are doing great work — work that no one else can do — and that is why you chose to be here at this time.  You are to awaken to a great honoring of your most noble and compassionate roles in humanity’s unavoidable and inevitable awakening.  Just keep releasing all that “stuff” that keeps coming up for you, seemingly inexplicably.  Only some of it is your own, much more of it is of the collective who are still too deeply asleep to release it on their own, and their gratitude to you will astound you.
As you allow yourselves to acknowledge that change of an essential nature is taking place, then so will you be able to become increasingly aware of it.  It has not been hidden or kept secret; it is just that, to put it bluntly, you have been captivated by the bad news, the disasters and catastrophes prominently broadcast by the news media and have tended to ask, “How could God allow this to happen?”
God does not allow or disallow; He just offers a helping hand so that you can exit the illusory quagmire that has seemingly been holding you captive and involved as observers and fixers in all the unloving activities that are still going on across the world.  Take His hand.
Focus on Love – sharing It, demonstrating It, engaging with It – by looking for and seeing the Christ in everyone, for no one is without the Christ energy: it has just remained unacknowledged and therefore has not been called upon for help nearly often enough.  Too much time and energy has been spent judging, blaming, and condemning, instead of looking for the Love that is securely anchored in every earthborn living soul.  Focusing on Love has enormous power. If you could see and understand what occurs when you do just this – nothing else, just this – your amazement would overwhelm you, and you would be unable to understand why you were not doing just this in every moment of your existence.  It is what your Father does!  And you are reflections of Him, inseparable aspects of Him, eternally one with Him.
I cannot emphasize strongly enough the immense power of Love.  There is nothing stronger; it is as simple as that.  Large numbers of you have, at various times, “fallen in love,” and when this has happened to you you have been overwhelmed with joy and happiness, and with the way it seems to empower you.  You feel not only that nothing is impossible but also very intensely that the love you are feeling must be visible to everyone with whom you come in contact.  What you experience as embodied humans when that occurs is but the most infinitesimal sense of what actually awaits you when you awaken into Reality and into the Love in which your Father embraces you eternally.
Love, as you have been frequently informed, is the power, the energy, and the intelligence of creation itself.  Everything that exists was created in Love, by Love for the infinite pleasure that it would then enjoy, basking in and forever savoring the divine embrace in which all is encompassed.  So, when you want to achieve something, when you intend to achieve something, the way to do so is to engage with Love.  You are all children of Love; Love is your eternal nature, and it is by engaging with It that all that you could possibly desire not only becomes possible, but actually occurs.
By constantly behaving lovingly, compassionately, and generously you are bring humanity to awakening, although at present many of you are plagued with doubts about whether this is really possible.  There is no need for these doubts. Release them . . . because they only distract you by drawing you off your paths and into all those fearful “what if?” thoughts that can so effectively bring you to a standstill of indecision and confusion.
As humans you have become so conditioned to believe that life is an endless succession of strife-driven struggles that that is what you mostly experience. When you engage with hope and with faith in the power of Love, of God, unexpected, almost unbelievable, changes happen which relieve that strife.  But mostly you do so only momentarily before your conditioning returns you to your old beliefs, and the power and enthusiasm for the wonders of life that was building within you seems to drain away.  You become once more weighed down by the daily grind that is the life that so many of you are experiencing.
There is an amusing song that many of you may have heard: “Always look on the bright side of life,” which is obviously meant as a rather tongue-in-cheek suggestion.  Nevertheless, you are each a master of what you choose to pay attention to: you can choose to be an optimist or a pessimist.  Moods, which, like the weather, can be seen as good or bad, will flow through your lives and pass on.  But when you are tired it is very easy to cling to and travel with the bad ones — the ones that drag you along with them by worrying or depressing you.
With the new energies swirling abundantly all around you it is now much easier for you to become aware that you have become caught up in a bad mood, and then acknowledge it and release it to flow freely on its way.  You do have to make a positive decision or choice to do so, but when you do, the sense of blackness or gloom will lift quite rapidly.  So become aware of being aware of moods in which you are apparently enmeshed and choose to let them go.  As you do so, remind yourselves that you are divine beings of infinite power, and then intend very determinedly to look on and see “the bright side of life.”  It is always there for you, and it is far more enjoyable than doubting and worrying.  Go for it, look on the bright side!  After all, that is what your Father is offering you in every moment of your existence; you only have to choose to accept it.

You have every reason to be in high spirits

Humanity’s awakening from the illusion into Reality is a done deal — it always has been, ever since the moment of creation.  Reality is where you reside permanently, and you are presently returning home there, from a seemingly long and arduous journey to a most glorious welcome.  You have every reason to be in high spirits.  Nevertheless, at the moment it is difficult for the majority of you to perceive this because the length of time that you have spent away from home has severely dulled your memory of the glory awaiting you there.
Life in the illusion has been exhausting.  There have been many painful lessons that you chose to learn while engaged with it, and they have required much energy, determination, and persistence.  Nevertheless, you have remained true to yourselves and your purpose as you struggled with the experiences that life in the illusion presented to you.  Often, that has not been clear as you suffered the pain and sadness caused by the apparent separation from your Father, and at times it seemed to you that yours was a lost cause: “Was there really a heavenly Father, an infinite Source, a divine and all-powerful Intelligence, or was He simply an illusion?”  Well, you held to your paths – all different, but leading to the same goal: to awaken into Reality – and you will find amazing rewards when you complete them and arrive home.  Hang in there for these last few stretches of the journey that seems so interminable; the end is close.
A new day of brilliance and color unlike anything that humanity has ever experienced is set to dawn, bringing you unmitigated joy as all your fears and anxieties fall away, leaving permanent peace, harmony and contentment to replace them.  This is the day you have all yearned, prayed, and hoped for since you started searching for the divine Reality from which it seemed you had been excluded, shut out, perhaps even exiled, with no hope of return due to your sinfulness.  But as you know, deep within yourselves where the divine and inextinguishable flame of God’s Love for you resides, “sinfulness” is of the illusion and has no place in Reality.  You are immortal divine beings, created in Love, who chose to play with an absence of Love, separated from It, as you experimented with the freedom and power with which God had endowed you.
You were created One with Him and chose to individuate to experience the thrill of separation and apparent independence from Him.  This could only be done by building an illusion, an unreal environment in which to imagine that state, and the powerful abilities with which you had been endowed enabled you to do so.  The time has come for you to dismantle that unreal environment and return Home, leaving behind all the trauma and suffering that you invented to amuse yourselves.  Little did you understand when you decided to play these games how painful and terrifying they were going to be.
There is only God!  All life is part of God, He is all that exists, and without Him there would be nothing – an impossible, implausible, and inconceivable state of affairs.  So to build an imaginary and illusory reality separate from Him could only lead to terror.  And consequently, you have all experienced terror.
The real state of Love in which you are eternally enveloped is permanent, changeless, utterly wonderful.  That is why thought of change is so traumatic for so many of you.  Your move into the illusion was a change of inconceivable magnitude which caused you instant trauma, as life was reduced from a condition of total loving abundance and harmony to one of unimaginable lack where it seemed that you had to fight constantly for your very survival.  And that fear remains.
However, within the illusion change is not only possible, it is essential for your well-being.  The illusion is formed from a collection of judgmental beliefs of right and wrong, good and bad, acceptable and unacceptable, which can only induce fear and dread.  You call it duality, a state of either/or, whereas Reality is a state of and/and, oneness, indiscriminate loving acceptance, in which all are welcome, all belong, all reside in utter joy.
What you have to change are your outworn and inflexible beliefs — beliefs that you are separate, individual, unconnected, and threatened by one another.  They divide and traumatize you, encouraging you to build barriers between yourselves that disguise who you really are and present an image, a shield behind which you can hide.  But these images terrify you all; they are threatening and demanding, requiring you to defend them from aggression which is almost always present.  They force you, out of fear, to maintain the unreal state of separation that caused the fear in the first place. A catch-22 situation.
The new energies are intensifying so that you can feel them, embrace them, and through them recognize and reclaim your oneness with each other in Love and Trust.  You will become aware, fully aware, that all are one, that all are interconnected through the divine field of Love in which all that exists resides permanently, harmoniously, joyfully, forever.  And then you will have awakened.

Fear is an illness, and it is healed by Love, compassion, forgiveness, and acceptance

The purpose of an illusion is to capture your full attention in order to distract you so that you do not see something the illusionist wants to keep hidden, unseen, and unrecognized by you.  And you are the illusionist!  You wanted God to remain hidden, unseen, unrecognized.  And the illusion that you built has worked extremely well.  However, the vast majority of humanity has had its fill — the value of novelty wears off — and now wants and intends to see and recognize what has been hidden.  That intent is completely in alignment with the Will of God, and therefore cannot fail to be achieved; consequently, humanity will awaken, and into eternal joy.
Your divine destiny is inevitable, but you have free will and can therefore delay your arrival, your awakening indefinitely if you choose to do so — remember that time is also illusory!  Not releasing your baggage — all the emotional “stuff” that has accumulated over the eons, and your many earth lifetimes — delays you. With the new energies enveloping the Earth, and consequently surrounding and affecting everyone on the planet, all that stuff is bursting into your awareness from your inner depths where it has been hidden, causing unsettling emotional disturbances or inner turmoil. All that you need to do is acknowledge it without dwelling on it, and allow it to pass on, as it will.  You no longer need any of it (you never really did!), and engaging with it and attempting to make sense of it is a big distraction for you.  Just allow it to flow through and it will.  Yes, it is uncomfortable – like pulling a splinter or a thorn out of your flesh, it hurts – but if you do not remove it, it festers and becomes infected, far more painful, and demands even more of your attention lest it become gangrenous.
Again, it is your choice whether to dwell on it or let it go, and that is where forgiveness achieves wonders because it is the healing balm par excellence. When you have been offended or abused, your egos rise to protect you, insisting that you require and deserve restitution, while demanding recognition of and punishment for the one who has hurt you.  It is a natural human response.  However, if you dwell on the offense or abuse by remembering with bitterness the pain it caused, the emotional charge it carries is further energized leading to resentment and anger which eats away at you, making peace or contentment impossible.
When you choose to forgive the perpetrator — and to make that choice you need to see the event, the incident from a new perspective — healing occurs and your pain starts to reduce.  Your intent to forgive strengthens further and the pain dissolves.  You can of course remember what happened, but it no longer causes you pain and you do not dwell on it because there are happier and more interesting things to occupy your mind.
If forgiveness seems impossible for you to even consider then ask your guides or angels for help.  Describe what happened as though you were telling a close friend, and then release to them the story you have just told with the intent that the emotional charge you are holding be released.  Your intent is an amazingly powerful tool but it certainly helps to ask for assistance from those in the spiritual realms when setting it or using it.  And they are always there ready and willing to assist.
Often when you share a story of abuse or pain with a friend they will commiserate with you, take your side, and agree that what occurred was indeed unconscionable.  That is in a way what friends are for, in the moment.  But afterwards, when you want to free yourself from the pain, retelling the story also strengthens your sense of being victimized, disabling your ability to view the event from a perspective that allows you to recognize the intense pain being experienced by your abuser, who is calling out for love, and your own deep, though hidden, desire to forgive.
Truly, because you are divine beings, beings of Love, your innermost desire is to share and extend your Love indiscriminately and unconditionally through compassion, understanding, healing, and forgiveness.  However, since you built the illusion you have hidden that part of yourselves, the major part of yourselves, from your egoic selves which find it threatening and terrifying.  The egoic part of you believes that the world is a very dangerous place, and it is constantly presented with evidence to prove that this is so.  You have probably noticed that those who appear more calm and more at peace with themselves are generally far less ego-driven than those who are driven by commitments and deadlines that absolutely must be honored.  And that the former are far less accident and incident prone than the latter.
What you expect you bring into your lives; it is as simple as that.  How many times have you said or heard someone say when an accident or mishap occurs: “I knew that would happen?”  So change your expectations in order to change your life — and change the world!  The illusion encourages fear; it broadcasts fear to whomever will pay attention, and it basks in the belief of fear, to which so many humans are enslaved.  If you release fear you cannot be driven or controlled.  And when, despite your fear, you do something that frightens you, then the trepidation you expected to feel will be far less than you had imagined.
Fear is a method of control that is used to great effect, and ironically, often the most fearful are those whose lives appear to be the most secure.  Within the illusion nothing makes sense.  The prevailing ethos is “Love is weak! — Avoid it! — Conquer your fears by being strong, forceful, demanding, certain, and inflexible!”  But Love is like the ocean pounding on the rocks.  The ocean is flexible, dynamic, yielding, all-enveloping, and the rocks get worn away.
Fear is an illness, and it is healed by Love, compassion, forgiveness and acceptance.  Engage with the Love of God, the Love of yourselves, and the Love of all creation, and bring yourselves forward to awakening — which is your inevitable and unavoidable destiny, constantly waiting to welcome you home.

To withhold forgiveness is like embracing cancer

In the spiritual realms much has been transpiring as the new energies enveloping Earth have strengthened and intensified to assist in humanity’s imminent awakening. Yes, it is imminent! Much has been promised to you, and the moment for delivery is approaching rapidly. Nevertheless there is much to do to complete the essential preparations prior to the arrival of this divine and long-awaited event, and every one of you has an important part to play. It is largely about releasing judgment and embracing forgiveness, especially as your awareness of the misbehavior and betrayal perpetrated by those whom you have trusted grows in direct proportion to the number of whistle-blowers releasing previously hidden information about deceit and corruption in high places, and abuse of their positions by those holding them.

What has been done, in many cases, is quite unconscionable, but you are all divine beings, created in Love from Love, and you all chose to experience separation from your divine state. The result has been great suffering. There is no one embodied on Earth at this time in your evolution who, as Jesus tells us in the bible, “is without sin,” and therefore there is no one who is capable of making an honest, unbiased, and fair appraisal of anyone else’s behavior. Judgment should be left to God because He judges everyone as sinless and sees only their divine perfection.

Unconditional forgiveness is the essential path to awakening, along with the peaceful containment and restraint of those who would continue, unless so contained, to abuse others. Love, the Source-field in which creation occurs, accepts all, regardless of their sins, and by doing so dissolves the anger and resentment that leads people to sin.

“Sin” occurs when someone feels unloved, unaccepted, uncared-for, despised, inadequate, unworthy, shamed, or rejected. It is a desperate call for attention, loving attention, that has been ignored or dismissed. Everyone has at some time experienced that, and everyone knows what a wonderful sense of joy and comfort is experienced when unconditional acceptance replaces those unloving and fear-inducing conditions. So everyone knows, deep within themselves, that unless they wholeheartedly embrace forgiveness and offer it unconditionally to all whom they believe have in any way offended or abused them they will continue to be devoured or eaten away by bitterness, resentment, and anger.

It is a vicious circle because those who hold on to bitterness, resentment, and anger are resisting Love, frequently believing that they are unlovable, and then often feeling driven to behave like those whom they find themselves unable to forgive. To withhold forgiveness is like embracing cancer because it eats away at its host, preventing the experiences of happiness, joy, or contentment, and replacing them with an embittered but misplaced sense of satisfaction in the righteous refusal to forgive. You have an expression “biting off your nose to spite your face,” which is quite appropriate here.

To become peaceful, to experience peace, it is essential to forgive, freely and unconditionally. Many feel that this is impossible because they have been so abused, have suffered so severely, and believe that peace and contentment are only possible for them if they receive restitution and know that their abuser has been suitably punished. But it does not work. When justice has been delivered the pain remains, and the bitterness that the abuse aroused continues to grow. When the bitterness is encouraged and believed to be a right and a privilege onto which the victim can hold then no restitution is ever enough. The complaint “no one can give me back what was taken away” is quite true. But focusing on that violation of one’s personal sovereignty instead of releasing it means that life passes the victims by as they retain the memory of their violation as their most treasured possession.

Forgiving allows a person to move on, to re-engage with life, and to find solace and comfort where they possibly least expected to find it, namely, in the release of the extremely heavy burden that not forgiving entails. By forgiving you release that unbearable emotional burden which can never be released in any other way. Support groups often aggravate the burden by encouraging undue amounts of introspection and discussion which can strengthen the sense of being wronged instead of lightening the load you are carrying, as is their purpose. By forgiving you open your hearts to receive the abundance of Love that constantly enfolds you, waiting for you to accept It. The lightness that you will experience as a consequence of truly forgiving someone who has hurt you will amaze you.

Forgiveness is a great healer and humanity needs healing. Embrace it and enjoy the peace, the satisfaction, and the contentment — never mind the relief — that doing so allows and provides.

Spring is in the air, and so is change of a most magnificent kind

The Oneness that is God has all of creation enfolded within It; It is the infinite field of divine Love where all Wisdom, all Knowledge, all Consciousness has its eternal existence. It is a state of utter joy, peace, and contentment, where no one is, or can ever be in any way, bereft. It is Reality, where all are free to create abundantly with the skills and abilities that God has bestowed upon them, and delight in the results.

It is into this sublime state that humanity is to awaken. Your present state of sleep, constantly interrupted by dreams and nightmares that you experience as real and substantive, no longer serves you, and so you have chosen to wake up into the refreshing, stimulating, and exhilarating state of wonder from which you chose to briefly hide yourselves but a moment ago. It seems to you that you have been experiencing this imaginary reality for a very long time – and in “time” you have – but it has been only momentary, as you will discover when you wake up. And then your joy and amazement will be boundless and unceasing. Reality is always amazing because it places you in the Presence of the infinite, all-loving Source, which created you solely to experience eternal joy, amazement, and wonder — and so you will.

Many of you are feeling out of sorts, bored with the lives you are presently experiencing, and wondering if there is any way to improve them, to make them satisfying and uplifting, while you see all around you people, loved ones, strangers, even yourselves, struggling with anxiety and suffering which, it seems, continues interminably, and for which there appears to be no relief. In fact, you have come to see the illusion for what it is: a place in which those states are endemic. You want to wake up, you intend to wake up, and daily more and more are making the choice to do so and thereby changing the collective will of humanity. As the collective will changes, your dissatisfaction intensifies, because your awareness of the unacceptability of the present living conditions of so many on Earth becomes far clearer. To allow such painful life experiences for so much of humanity to continue unresolved has become unacceptable to you.

It is that intent, that desire that is intensifying and thereby ensuring that the collective intent of humanity changes, and it is that collective intent that creates the space, the environment in which you find yourselves. Spring is in the air, and so is change of a most magnificent kind. The power of your collective intent is immense, and whereas until recently it had been scattered, divided, angry, and fearful, it is now coming into alignment with a loving intent to establish peace, health, and abundance for all on the planet through harmonious cooperation and understanding. Since December last year an enormous shift in intent has occurred all across the world, and the effects of that are beginning to show.

It has become impossible for those who would control the world to accommodate their own self-centered agendas by keeping them hidden or under wraps any longer. The truth is coming out, and for those who would hide and suppress it, that is alarming; in fact, it is terrifying. But there is no going back; the veil of corporate secrecy has been lifted and is now being removed altogether. Corporate secrecy has been a major but largely unacknowledged aspect of all your worldly organizations since time immemorial, and it is now in the process of being dissolved. Enormous worldly power centers are crumbling, and their collapse is imminent. That power has always been illusory, but because people generally believed in it and accepted it, it appeared to have substance.

As the information and the technology, which will make it possible to overcome disease permanently and provide abundantly for all on Earth while repairing the enormous planetary damage that has occurred over the last few hundred years, is made known and shared widely and freely, the ability to control large numbers of people through fear and the threat of confiscation of their assets will be removed. Each one of you is a sovereign being, created by God to enjoy to the full the fruits of life through the intelligence of consciousness, creativity, and harmonious cooperation, and you are now in the process of rediscovering and reclaiming for yourselves the respect and dignity of that inalienable state in which you were created.

As you have been told, over and over again, Love is the life-force, the power, and the creative drive which provides the answer to every question or problem that arises. Love accommodates, accepts, harmonizes, and integrates, smoothing the path to Unity by clarifying any issues that could cause division. Love is the gold standard which brings all into alignment so that conflict and disagreement cannot bring their destructive elements into play to disturb the eternally smooth-running brilliance of Reality. And Love is leading you steadily and inevitably towards your awakening. Let Love, your true nature, guide you in every moment, and experience the peace, along with the lack of stress and anxiety that doing so provides. It is your inalienable right!

How could you possibly be unworthy of the substance of your being?

There is no such thing as “failure.” It is just another aspect of the illusion that you use to beat yourself up – or others! Just let it go, like all other forms of judgment which serve only to distract you from being yourself — namely Love.

That is what you are; you have just forgotten and have come to believe that you need to receive It, when in fact you always have It in abundance. If you do not experience It, that is because you have chosen to judge yourselves as being without It, in need of It, and by making that judgment you have effectively chosen to block It out, believing yourselves unworthy of It. And so you seek It, frequently in ways that cannot possibly help you to find It.

How could you possibly be unworthy of the substance of your being? You were created in Love, by Love, from Love – there is nothing else – which is just another word that signifies God, the Source of all that exists, and of which every sentient being is an essential and inseparable part. Separation from that Source is inconceivable, unachievable, utterly impossible. You are constantly and eternally one with God, period. No further discussion of this divine truth has any meaning. You are all eternally loved and cherished by your heavenly Father, and nothing can change that, ever.

Quite often, a large quantity of the time that you think you are spending reasoning or thinking logically about an issue is in fact spent in judgment, self-doubt, and self-justification, as you try to convince yourself — “I know I am right, this is right and I need to explain to him where he is at fault” — leading to resentment, anger, and depression, as you realize that you cannot change the other person’s perception. Of course you can change your own, but to do so would be a sign of weakness, an admission that you were wrong and that he was right!

Stop taking things personally because doing so just loads you up with anger and resentment which eat away at your self-respect and self-esteem, making you feel bad about yourself. When you make the choice to cease taking things personally you cease to be offended; you feel freer, lighter, and life flows more smoothly and easily for you. Much of your discontent, your dissatisfaction with life comes from allowing what others say or do to upset you. And you tend to be very good at justifying those feelings : “How could he have said or done that, does he not see how he has hurt me? It’s so unfair!”

When you choose not to be offended you are effectively accepting yourself instead of accepting another’s nonacceptance of you. When you accept yourself, instead of trying to justify yourself to yourself, you place yourself in a position from which you can observe yourself with kindness and compassion. Then you are able to become aware of any aspects of yourself that are, or appear to be, unloving and make a choice to release or change them.

Trying to change yourself because someone else has judged an aspect of you as unacceptable does not work. Yes, you may hide or disguise that aspect because it has been so judged (maybe you even feel ashamed of it), but it lives on within you, causing bitterness and resentment because of the judgment from another that you experienced.

After a judgment has been made and accepted, even if you do not agree with it, it is very difficult to look at what has been judged dispassionately; but if you do not take things personally, then another’s judgment will not offend or unsettle you and you will be able to hear it and assess its validity with practical impartiality.

You are all divine beings rediscovering that you are in essence One, even though your present experience is as an individual coping with the problems with which separation presents you – confusion, misunderstanding, conflict, nonacceptance, judgment. And rediscovery of your Oneness occurs when you spend time quietly listening to your intuition, to your spiritual nature, to your true self, lovingly assisted by those in the spiritual realms whom you call on for guidance. You are always enveloped in the field of divine Love, but the busyness of your daily lives distracts you from it, leading you away towards situations of stress and conflict, and other unloving states that hide Reality from you.

When you follow the news, whether through the mainstream media or through alternate sites and networks, much of it is depressing, frightening, and seemingly very real. That is why it is essential that you spend time daily, quietly communicating with your friends in the spiritual realms, and seeking their support and guidance. What they offer you will raise your spirits and reassure you that you are one with them, with God, and that Love is the answer, the only answer in every situation.

For eons you have bought into the enormous fallacy that betrayal, conflict, war, and suffering are inevitable aspects of life on Earth, and this is constantly re-emphasized by the endless twenty-four-hour news cycles reporting on events of that kind. It does not have to be like that; in fact, it is utterly unnatural, but you constructed the illusion to experience separation: an unreal and inconceivable state. And separation is fearful – me … by myself … alone … and under constant threat.

You have tried to establish peace and stability through force of arms, and over the eons that method has proved time and time again that it does not work, because those in power always abuse their positions.

However, the truth of the concept that all are one and that the thoughts, words, and actions of each affects everyone else is finally becoming widely understood, and groups are forming all over the world with the intent to join together in peace, harmony, and love to resolve all your worldly problems. These groups are open to the field of divine Love enveloping the planet and it is influencing them powerfully and effectively.

As these groups grow, develop, intermingle, and communicate – as they are doing, constantly – amazing results will be achieved quite rapidly in the collective move away from enforcement and into peaceful and harmonious cooperation. It is only a very few who wish to maintain the status quo, and their supporters are falling away as the field of divine Love draws ever more of you into its loving and most enticing embrace. A vision of peace and harmony has been developing within humanity that is gaining widespread acceptance and changing forever your collective intent. That vision will be achieved!
