We understand that many of you are trying to shift into balance and healthier boundaries. We have a simple suggestion. To find the healthy boundary in any given situation, simply ask yourself, “Am I willing to accept as much as I am giving?” Or, “Am I willing to give as much as I am receiving?” You might also wish to stop and ask yourself, “Is this coming from the heart? Will it lead to resentment? Is it truly empowering to ALL involved?” This takes the focus off what other people are doing, and keeps it about you, and each specific situation. The greatest cause of strife and discontent is the perception of lack, a limited universe, and powerlessness. These beliefs lead to fear, worry, depression, anxiety, doubt, resistance, angst, war, discord, poor health and crime.
Dear Ones, those ideas cause such discomfort because they are contrary to universal truths. They feel so awful so you will not want to stay in those energies! Life is not a cross to bear. It is not some grand series of tests you are being graded on. Suffering is not a pre-requisite of reward. These are all old belief systems that perpetuate the old lack and fear based systems.
You are infinitely powerful beings who are part of an infinitely abundant universe. As you start to accept that, your focus begins to change. You start to see the abundance that abounds, and through your gratitude and focus, experience even more of it. From there, you begin to sense your truth and power, and will begin to create anew, from a far firmer foundation of authenticity.
As each person on your planet starts to embrace their divinity in these ways, the entire human experience will begin to shift to contain far more joy, contentment, love, peace and harmony. And that, Dear Ones, is exactly what is creating the New Earth and supporting this grand age of enlightenment you are now in. ~Archangel Gabriel

This applies for your health, your spirituality, your lightbody, your relationships, your career – every area of your life that is important to you. Your soul knows exactly what you need. Imagine that you are a beautiful, shining, multi-faceted jewel. You shimmer and reflect light and dazzle with your beauty. That is who you are, and your natural state of being. But over time, by not paying attention, you start to pick up grime. Fear, doubt, resistance, all leave a layer of density on your jewel. The grime of those energies attracts even more density from other people and environments. And the things that you choose to immerse yourself in that are not empowering, leave their own energetic sludge behind as well. Before you know it, you are so obscured by density that is not even yours, that is not your truth, that you find it hard to remember that you are a beautiful shiny jewel!
Dear Ones, energetic clarity is so important to remembering your truth! Just as you must care for things in the physical, your energy body needs your tender care as well. Support yourself with high vibrating foods and activities. Meditate. Spend time in nature. Move your body in exercise that supports your wellness. Immerse yourself in salt water. Pray. Choose activities that feel good to you and empower you. Connect within and listen to what you need because you will always instinctively know. Understand that you are the captain of your own ship, so connect back to that inner truth and allow it to shine! We speak so much of the flow because it is such a major and often misunderstood part of who you are and so necessary for the quality of your life experience. The flow is absolutely essential to you for whole health. You ARE flow. Your energy flows, your blood flows, sustenance flows in and out of your body in the form of air and food. When that flow gets disturbed, you experience discomfort or disease in the body. Do you see? You are a fractal of the flow, and the greater flow is where you came from. Acceptance is such a vital aspect for those of you wishing to live a truly empowered existence. Are you comfortable receiving? Do you ask the universe for assistance, and then turn down help when it arrives from others? So many of you are on the planet to be of service, so giving and assisting feels very natural to you, but accepting help can be rather difficult. To have the full experience that is available to you, you must find balance with your giving and accepting. Simply put, the universe cannot deliver to you if you are not willing to receive.
Let us give you this simple analogy to help make it clear. A bus is a vehicle of assistance. It helps people move around easily and safely and spends its days in service to the people it transports. What would happen if the bus wouldn’t accept fuel? Maintenance? Cleaning? What if the bus wasn’t sure it was worthy of the help? Wouldn’t that seem ridiculous? The bus, if it decided to not accept all the things that help it do its job so well, would very quickly not be much use to anyone at all.
So pay attention, Dear Ones, you may be shocked by all the ways you reject the help that is offered to you. To accept is to choose balance and unity and to graciously receive the love and support that is available to you. Doing so will allow you to willingly enter into the vast abundance that is the birthright of all of you, and to live with much greater ease and enjoyment. ~Archangel Gabriel

We find it interesting that so many of you are taught that daydreaming is frivolous, that your imagination is foolish and should be discounted. Often children were told that in an effort to get them to pay attention or stop a certain behaviour or activity. It was the beginning of the very false lesson that control was good, that flow was bad, and that your creations or “having your head up in the clouds” had no merit. The dismissal of the power of imagination in your life has been incredibly disempowering to you, as it sought to stop the use of some of the most powerful tools you have at your disposal as a human being.
The energies of dreaming and imagination are completely vital for you to create and expand into your highest life expression. In fact, dreams are so important that they have been proven to be a major factor in the restorative part of sleep. This is why meditation is such a supportive practice to the enlightening human being. It creates a space that closely mimics the dream state.
It is through the flow of your imagination that you connect with Source and allow yourself to receive your highest inspirations. To imagine is to play in pre-manifestational energies, to try many different ideas and energies until you settle on a specific inspiration you would like to create.
While using your imagination, you experience your powers of creation, knowing whatever you can dream up, while you are in that imagination space, you can have, instantaneously. It is then, through your continued focus, energy and belief you make your inspired creations become part of your physical reality.
Do you see? Giving yourself permission to fantasize and use your imagination is absolutely essential for creating the life expression, and the New Earth, of your dreams. Do you live in the past? Do you relive how you were hurt, abused, or let down in some way? Do you have health ailments you have become used to living with and have given up on the idea you will ever heal or be whole? Do you believe your life is destined to be a struggle because you are a single parent? Or divorced? Or because of your sex, race, or sexual orientation? The expectation that things are hard and will never change is the single most destructive belief system human beings cling to because it will be a self-fulfilling prophecy and keep you in the loop of woundedness every single time. Your life experiences will always match your beliefs.
Let us put it to you this way. If you ate a food that you suddenly discovered you were terribly allergic to and gave you a horrible reaction ten years ago, would you eat that food on a daily basis from that day forward? Of course not! You would simply acknowledge that the experience of that food was in no way for your highest good and choose differently from that point forward. Why can you not do the same with your old wounds?
We are not trying to diminish or make light of the wounds or challenges that you have experienced, Dear Ones. But hear us when we tell you that you are incredibly powerful to create anew in each Now moment. Do not taint the endless possibility of today with energies that have long ago expired. Live according to who you are today, to what matches you today and what you would like to create in your tomorrows. To do so is to be free and gloriously empowered. ~Archangel Gabriel

To wake up and surrender to the highest outcome is a wonderful way to start every day. Practicing gratitude before you go to sleep is a wonderful and powerful way to end every day. We understand that many enlightening human beings do this as they are learning how to navigate their lives with far greater grace and ease. But we would like to suggest one more thing. If you have had troubles with self love or worthiness issues, we highly recommend you add in a third element. We encourage you, at the end of your day, to acknowledge all the wonderful ways you added to the world.
Let us be clear, if all you can come up with is that you woke up and faced the day, you still added delightfully to the marvellous mosaic of energies that are your planet. But as you practice, you will start to find more things about yourself to celebrate. Perhaps you called a friend in need, helped a neighbour, made a donation to a charity, shared your time. Maybe you were kind to your pets, cared for your family, or created something beautiful, read some books or meditated to raise your vibration, which would, in turn, also assist the planet. You might have purchased something, which supported someone else being in their highest service.
Do you see? As you start to acknowledge all the wonderful ways you are you, you will start to love and honour yourself, and that, along with your surrender and gratitude practices, is more than enough to change your life in the most delightful and meaningful ways. ~Archangel Gabriel

A very common question we get asked is, “How do I know I’m in the flow?” The greatest indicator that you are in the flow is a sensation of greater ease. If you are trying to force anything, are feeling frustrated, blocked, resistant, or feeling that things are requiring monumental effort, it is a sure sign that you are not in flow. The flow is staying out of your own way and choosing the path of ease and supported movement. And while the flow may have times of tangible movement and other periods of lull, you will always get signs from the universe that you are exactly where you need to be. Watch for them. The coincidences, the angel or number signs, finding information or items that are exactly what you needed with little to no effort, the knowingness of being in the right place at the right time – all are wonderful indicators that you are in the flow. More than anything else, though, your intention to stay surrendered and move with the loving support of the universe, along with the feeling of greater ease, are sure signs that you are in the wondrous and divine flow of creation. ~Archangel Gabriel

We understand that many of you view yourselves as being in earth school, that your agenda is to go through many different tests and lessons. And while we agree that being in the physical creates many opportunities for growth, we think the idea of tests comes with an expectation that you will be graded on your success or failure, which is the very energy we are hoping you will move beyond.
Let us put it this way. Can you imagine travelling a great distance to experience a different country and then not leaving your room in case you make a mistake? That would seem somewhat ridiculous, would it not?
Dear Ones, the entire purpose of being in the body is to experience things in a physical and tangible way. From those experiences, you develop preferences, and begin to find your way back to your truth. There is no right or wrong! You are not being tested and you cannot pass or fail. Please release that idea once and for all, as it is only resulting in making you keep yourself small and afraid to live fully. There is nothing you can do, ever, that could result in us judging you, or loving you any less.
So take the pressure off yourselves and take chances! Live! Love! Try new things! Dream big! Approach all of the wonderful opportunities of being in the physical with excitement and delight. You will very quickly discern what is an energetic match for you and what is not, always further clarifying your BEingness, as you embrace your earth tour of experience. ~Archangel Gabriel

We understand that anger can be a very intimidating emotional display, especially for those who are energetically sensitive or empathic. While it is important to be able to keep your energetic clarity, it is a much easier task when you can view things, not from how to stay separated from another, but from a place of understanding.
Dear Ones, anger is nothing more than a smoke and mirror show to disguise fear. The angrier a person is, the more fearful and wounded they are. When you can truly see that, you will be able to approach the situation from a place of love and compassion, which will not only support your own energetic clarity, it will also allow you to be of service and quickly diffuse the situation with the love, compassion and understanding the other is so desperately craving.
We are not for a second saying you should place yourself in danger, or to accept abusive behaviour that does not honour you. We are simply saying that when you can see beyond the distractions to the heart of a matter, you are far better able to not take things personally, and approach from a level that honours the true needs of ALL involved. ~Archangel Gabriel

2014 The Year of Balanced Relationships ~ Channeled December 21, 2013

Greetings, Dear Ones! How pleased and honoured we are to be with you today. What a magnificent showing of souls, willing to come and anchor the energies for all to benefit from. You are blessed and honoured in your role today, and, of course, when we talk about those who have come to participate in the group, we mean not only those who are in the room at this time, but also those who will be enjoying this transmission on your internet at a later time.
May we wish you a blessed and joyous solstice. You have done magnificently. Because you have shifted and purged and so diligently transmuted energies, you are now containing light codes that would not have been possible at any other time on your planet. That is how profound what you have accomplished over this past year has been.
You are almost energetically unrecognizable from this time last year. In just one short year of your linear time, you have evolved so much! It is absolutely remarkable what you have accomplished and we are so thrilled and excited for each and every one of you. So take a moment to congratulate yourselves on a job very well done.
As you move forward into your celebrations of Christmas, or other holiday celebrations regardless of what your belief system may be, your focus will be all about celebrating and connecting with love, giving with generosity, appreciation, joy and unity. As you move through this very pivotal point, you are saving all of the progress that you have created in yourselves. You have created it. You are the ones who have shown up and done the work. You have elected to come into the body and be of service during this unprecedented time on your planet. These are your just rewards. So celebrate!
Many of you are so hard on yourselves and you think you are never doing enough. Please, Dear Ones, celebrate! Enjoy what you have created! The celebration is well deserved. Yes, we are saying that this is a time you can rest on your laurels for just a little while.
So as you lock in your progress, as you shift again with the influx of Christed energies on your planet over your holiday season, and as you shift again into the energies of a brand new year, you will be poised to start truly reaping the benefits of all of your hard work.
So all of the purging and letting go, all of the shifting, all of the healing that you have been going through, (and we chuckle when our partner in transmission talks about how she should be flat as a pancake because she has been through the wringer so many times) has been in preparation for this. Now that you have emptied out what was no longer your authentic self, you have made room to truly start to embody your divine truth, to embody your Christed selves, to enter into the energies of unconditional love. Do you see? You have finally given yourselves permission to love yourselves unconditionally and to feel that love be reflected right back to you.
You have made all of this room and created all these changes within your bodies to contain higher and higher energies, and from that work you have created the space to embody what you wish to experience more of. It can be no other way. What you hold, what you contain now, can only be reflected back to you. And that is why, Dear Ones, you can look forward to 2014 being your year of balanced relationships. Does this not sound like a welcome shift for you?
So what does that mean? What does The Year of Balanced Relationships mean? It means that you are letting go of being out of balance in any way within yourselves. Many of you have swung wildly in your relationships with others from being too entangled to not being entangled at all. Many of you have been working hard to find balance in terms of service, how to be of appropriate service and truly help others by uplifting and empowering them. With your wisdom, you have been learning how to know when to assist and when to accept and allow.
Many of you have just learned how to receive rather than just give. Many of you are finally discovering that your needs and wellness are equally important as those who you are on the planet to serve. You will be of service, and you will joyfully allow others to be of service to you. You are stepping, most importantly, into understanding your importance as a divine being and an integral part of the ebb and flow of the whole.
Many of you have learned how to accept yourselves as spiritual beings having a human experience. Many of you went from being completely separate and human to trying to live completely in the ethers and now you are becoming a delightful blend of both. You will also embody more balance by listening to your own innate divine wisdom from within, as well as acknowledging your guidance from above.
You are finding balance in your physical bodies by letting go of what doesn’t work for you any longer. So what many of you have found coming up to the solstice is a lot of your old unresolved habits or issues coming up to the forefront and you have found them to be completely intolerable to you. What a wonderful sign of how much growth you have attained!
You are no longer trying to make change because you know it is right or good for you. That is attempting to change from the mind. You are now operating from your hearts and things that do not honour you any longer simply do not fit. It is not a matter of making changes because you should, it is making changes because the old ways are completely unacceptable at this point and they do not match who you are any longer.
That is exactly what you have been waiting for! From embracing your divine blueprint, your body will be balancing and experiencing healing as well. So now that you know what is just no longer an option for you, you can start looking forward to your future and creating what you want.
What do balanced relationships look like to you? They will honour you. They will uplift you. They will celebrate you and support you being in your authenticity and your continued growth and expansion. You will be stepping into the dance of love, understanding that what you hold you draw, what you give you receive. It is like becoming part of the pulse of your planet, taking in, giving out, in beautiful balance, understanding that what serves the one serves the whole, and what serves the whole serves the one. Beautiful balance, Dear Ones!
You will be letting go of your own victim consciousness and your tendency to support the victim consciousness of others, understanding that each person has a team of helpers and a universe that is assisting them. You will acknowledge that they are powerful creators themselves and by honouring them in that, you will only bring greater balance to your life and give them the opportunity to find their own balance in their lives as well.
The relationships that you have had that held no joy, no appreciation are a thing of the past. You will find yourselves effortlessly drawing in friendships that are based on supporting each other rather than one giving and one taking all the time. Fair weather friends will no longer appeal. You may settle for having fewer friends, but the friends that you embrace will have a far greater energetic resonance to you and will be joyful, encouraging and uplifting.
Since you have worked so hard with your definition of different relationships right across the board, you will now find that your love relationships will shift profoundly. For many of you this will mean bringing in a divine other. Many first wave human beings of light have been living very solitary existences. This will change in the year of 2014 because you are ready. You are ready to give and to take, to love and to receive. You understand that living through the heart is the way to navigate.
Balanced relationships mean that you can enter into surrender and flow and see that reflected back to you. You have worked hard in your faith and your trust and because of that you will be secure that the relationships that come to you are a true and magnificent reflection of who you are and you will leave your old relationship baggage behind once and for all.
Once you have done the work there would be no point in continuing the difficult love relationship themes that you’ve had. They no longer serve a purpose for you. You can release abandonment, release fear, release betrayal, release conditional love. Those are old energies. You will be seeking out partners of similar levels of integrity – true energetic matches that make your heart sing and vibrate in harmony together. These will be connections like you have never experienced before.
You will also be experiencing deeper connections with your environment, nature, all living creatures, your beloved planet, with all the planets, with the entire universe. These are things that you have never experienced this profoundly in the body before. You will be shimmering with energetic brilliance and seeing the divinity in each and every molecule around you.
This is what you’ve been working for. These are the divine times that you have been promised. You simply have to look around with new eyes to see. You have earned this, you have created this, you have anchored this. It is your time to shine! It is time to live heart-centered lives of joy, grace, ease, satisfaction, unconditional love and unity and to allow yourselves to step into being the masters that you all are.
It is your time. 2014 is yours, Dear Ones. You get to choose what you do with it. You can create anew. The canvas is in front of you and we cannot wait to see the brilliance that you will paint upon it. This is our fondest wish and message for you today. It has been our great pleasure.

Many people have difficulty receiving. They feel that if they need help or step out of their giving role that people will reject them or that they will owe or be indebted to the other person, and somehow lose freedom to them.

Dear Ones, if you have a fear of receiving or a fear of asking for help, it comes from expecting that love is conditional. It comes from a perspective of lack, that they will want more from you than you want to give in return. When you are concerned with the idea that there isn’t enough to go around, you will be carefully keeping track of who owes who and fearful of one day being made accountable. This is a very restrictive way of living and in no way connected with the vast flow of unconditional love, support and abundance that exists in the universe.

Receiving is a loving act because it is giving someone the opportunity to express their love to you! Loving and giving feels GOOD. It is an activity of joy, expansion and service. It allows people to express themselves in their highest alignment, which supports heart-centered living.

So, if you are uncomfortable in receiving, start looking at it as a way of being unconditionally loving to yourself. See it as surrendering into the higher dimensional energies and demonstrating your faith, trust and willingness to start flowing with the loving and abundant universe you are an honoured part of. Worry is a habit that so many indulge in, not recognizing how energetically stagnating it is. People mistakenly think that worrying is noble, that it equates love for another, and it is somehow helpful to their path. Nothing could be further from the truth.
Worry indicates a lack of faith. It comes from a place of perceived powerlessness. It is born from fear and doubt. It keeps people stuck, disempowered and uncomfortable. Worry is simply letting the least empowered part of you take over and trying to create from there. It is like trying to run a race while sitting in quicksand.
Once you realize that you have an infinite ability to create the life of your dreams, worry becomes a thing of the past. Rather than waking with trepidation, you excitedly embrace each day, wondering what new wonders will show themselves to you. It is like waiting for a package to arrive in the mail. There is no need to fear it because you know exactly what you ordered.
The good news is, if you worry, you have already demonstrated that you can sit in stillness with focused thought. That is wonderful! So why not take that skill that you have already honed and instead use it to focus on what you DO want through meditation, visualization, prayer and gratitude? Impatience is a very common emotion people experience, particularly during the busyness of the holiday season. Impatience is caused by resistance. If you are feeling impatient, you are wishing yourself out of your Now moment. You are seeing things as being wrong and focused on the future. Impatience often comes with a feeling of powerlessness, frustration, anxiety and anger.
Dear Ones, impatience is very hard on you physically, emotionally and energetically. Thankfully, with your awareness and intention, you can shift yourself out of the energies of impatience very quickly. If you are feeling impatient, one of the best things you can do is to stop and take a few deep breaths. Once you have become centred back in your body in the Now moment, take a moment to see the blessings that are all around you.
Rather than focusing on what still needs to be done, celebrate how much you have already accomplished with your day. If you are forced to wait, take a moment to practice one word affirmations, visualization, or waking meditation. Talk to your guides! Surrender. Accept. Allow. Trust that your soul, along with the universe, has you in that situation for a reason! Why not turn the pause in your day into an opportunity to silently send blessings and love to the people around you? See it as being stopped to be a support for others and to be of service.
The truth is there is never anything wrong, only a universe that is always conspiring to assist you. If you trust in that, and embrace all of your Now moments, you find delightful pockets of joy and opportunity everywhere you go. ~Archangel Gabriel

Make a commitment to do it all day long. It could be a person’s smile, their courtesy, their mindfulness, their generosity, their kindness…just whatever stands out to you as a lovely aspect that shines from them. As you start to appreciate other people’s beauty and divinity, you will start to feel much more love. You will feel a far greater enjoyment of your fellow human beings. You will embrace unity. Further, you will find your interactions with others far more pleasant because what you focus on you get more of.
Each and every trait you celebrate in others, you yourself hold energetically. You would not be able to recognize it in others if it were not so. So why not make this your new habit? Why not commit to always focusing on the glorious goodness of others, and the glorious goodness in yourself, as well? Be a celebrator of the divinity that exists in everyone! Greetings, Dear Ones! How pleased and honoured we are to be with you today. We honour you for coming in and anchoring the energies of the group, and, of course, when we say group we mean not only those who are in the room at this time, but also those who will experience this transmission on your internet at a later time.
You have been thoroughly cleansed, wrung out, shifted, bathed, and infused. It has been a time like no other on your planet and you are still standing, still feeling excited to be part of this amazing process. Let us assure you that things are just starting to get very interesting and you are truly starting to move into the changes that you have been waiting for.
You are in a time of preparation between now and your solstice, and then between your solstice and the energies of the brand new year of 2014. You will be poised to enter into this new year like never before. You have never entered into a new year holding the energies that you are all collectively holding at this point. This is the solidifying of the foundation that the New Earth will be built upon. These are glorious times, indeed.
What you will also notice moving into the winter solstice is an energetic locking in of progress, so for those of you who are wishing to make changes in your life, this is an excellent time to do so. If you wish to let go of old belief systems, if you wish to create new habits and new supports for yourselves, we would encourage you to begin now and allow the winter solstice to assist you by energetically locking in that progress. It would be a much better time for you to create lasting change than waiting until you are shifting into the energies of 2014.
Of course, any time is a wonderful time for desired change, growth and expansion, but if you are looking for some extra energetic assistance, allow the solstice to lock in your intentions. Then you can simply enjoy shifting into and experiencing the energies of the brand new year.
So tonight we would like to speak to you about the importance of following your hearts desire. You are aware that you have shifted and moved through many different layers of energy. You have been purging and releasing tremendously over the last several years. What that has been doing is releasing the layers of density that existed between you and your delightful heart centers. Now that you have released those old wounds, those old beliefs, those old energies, you are poised in a place to, much better than ever before, be in touch with what your heart’s desires are. We encourage you to become clear about how you really feel, what you wish to experience, and to start navigating your paths through your hearts as that is the navigational system of the New Earth.
Many of you, in your life expressions have not given yourselves permission to follow your heart. There is a pervasive belief that says that following your heart is frivolous. It may lead you to ruin. It is not responsible. That was the old operating system of the mind that led to you believe that. That old operating system of control and the mind is no longer being supported.
Following your heart means getting back in touch with your heartfelt desires, your passions and your interests, and using those to lead the way in your life expression. Those unique passions and interests are part of who you are and exist to help you navigate your life expression into your highest purpose, your highest service and your greatest joy.
Navigating through the heart is how you will move into this new age of fifth dimensional consciousness. It will be honouring your unique interests and your unique life path. You will be navigating through how you truly feel. You will always be having your highest expressions if you are following what feels right for you. It is giving yourself permission to be the expert of your own life experience.
We often teach this, to follow your own unique path and allow yourselves to be the experts on you, yet many of you still do not give yourselves permission to do so. There does seems to be a greater understanding that what you feel in your heart is unique to you, so we say to you, follow your beautiful, tender, mindful hearts. That is what we have meant when we have said to honour your unique life expression and what we have been encouraging you to do all along.
By following your heart you will find yourself expressing yourself like never before. Following your heart leads to flow. Your heart flows. It loves, it grows, it expands. If you have been hurt, there is no such thing as becoming hard hearted or closed hearted or cold hearted. Those are constructs of your mind. The heart only knows how to love. The heart is always connected to Source, so from going within, into your heart center, you are acknowledging the part of you that is connected to all. The heart supports love and the heart supports unity consciousness. The mind seeks to stay in control. The mind is the tool of the ego and it will always seek to keep your small. It has no interest in your enlightenment.
Your mind seeks to separate and the heart seeks to connect, to love, to express, to create. The greatest creations on your planet have come from the spark of creativity that flowed from Source through the heart not from the mind.
When you allow yourself to be led by your heart you are allowing yourself to use your intuition. You are in surrender and flow. You are in growth and expansion and in your highest creations. More than that, when you live through your heart you are better able to be of service, to have compassion and understanding for all. You cannot be in your heart and judge others. You can only love from heart. Your heart leads you by your feelings and your heart will lead you to your greatest joys.
It is such a simple system, but many of you have heard the expression “follow your heart” so often that it has lost its meaning to you, or perhaps you think it is only applicable to the young. What you are not understanding is that the heart is the navigation system of the enlightening human being because it is through that heart center that you connect with Source, that you will be able to surrender, that you will be able to flow, that you will be able to stay in your faith and in your trust. When you navigate through your heart you are making sure that you are having the highest experiences for yourself and that will honour others.
Many of you have trouble even knowing what’s in your heart. Many of you have not been in touch with that since you were small children. So we urge you to take the time to stop and go within and ask your heart what it wants, and if you are still, you will hear your heart clearly expressing what its greatest desires are.
Living by your heart will lead to joy, will lead to the beauty, the love, the connectedness that you all yearning for. Your heart will never lead you astray. Even if you see someone who is having a life experience that seems less to you than what you think they should have, if they are following their hearts they are in that situation because it is offering them experiences that their soul wishes to have. So following your heart and encouraging others to follow their hearts is an essential tool for practicing acceptance and allowing, as well. If you truly understand that there is nothing more powerful for yourself to do but to follow your own heart and that the same is true for each and every human being on the planet, you will be able to stay in that acceptance and allowing, in that faith and trust, knowing that each soul knows exactly what it is doing. It is a beautiful system and it is the basis for the higher dimensional consciousness that you are moving into.
Living by the heart holds healing, it holds laughter, it holds joy and creation and experience, it helps you to stay present, and in your highest alignment with Source. It is living by your truth and your authenticity. It keeps you moving, expanding and growing. It helps you live.
So dust off that expression, follow your heart and start to use it as a tool that you live by. If you do, and if each and every person on the planet starts to live by their hearts, you will see a greater peace, a greater harmony, a greater satisfaction, shining health and a delight in human beings that has not been present on this planet thus far. Let us assure you that these potentials absolutely exist and it is simply up to you to start to live them. This is what we wished to share with you today.

Dear Ones, appreciate your body! Love your body! See it as the miracle of engineering it is and the constant support for you through all of your days. Nurture your body. Celebrate your body! Rather than picking on it for whatever aesthetic flaws you may perceive, why not appreciate it for its beauty and its many incredible functions?
If you begin to thank your body and truly start to show it love, you will enjoy far greater health and far greater energy and joy than ever before. If you see encouragement as a means of showing love and support and having faith in another’s abilities, you can see what a welcome energy it would be for most. That demonstrated faith in another’s capabilities is sometimes all they need to start stepping into their own authentic power.
Great teachers and coaches understand the power of encouragement. It lifts people up, and allows them to see a brand new vision of themselves they may not have been able to envision previously. You can help others achieve all kinds of feats they never thought they could, just by offering some heartfelt encouragement. Worry is an energy a great number of human beings struggle with. It is deeply ingrained, as it is a habit that is often passed down from generation to generation. It comes from feeling powerless with life, from the idea that life happens to you and you have little control over it. There is also an association that to worry about someone is to show you care.
Dear Ones, worry is a very dense energy, an energy of resistance. Worry demonstrates a lack of faith and a fear of flow. Once you have fallen into worry, you have shifted out of your highest alignment and out of your authentic power.
We understand it is difficult to move out of such old, well established habits. The easiest way to move out of worry is to surrender it. Give it UP. Realign with your authentic power and focus on what it is you wish to create. Accept that you are loved, connected, helped and guided at all times, as is every single soul on the planet. By doing so you will be supporting the truth and empowerment of all, and from that vantage point you will see how unnecessary the need for worry really is. We wish to remind you today of the power of the one word affirmation. It is an extremely effective and accessible tool to employ whenever you wish to have an energetic adjustment or support. We encourage you to sit quietly and try on lots of different words, particularly if you are feeling overwhelmed or stressed. Simply still yourself for a moment and say a word and feel the energy of the word wash over you. You may want to try the words peace, calm, love, strong, ease, harmony, flow, or trust just to name a few. As you test each one energetically you will very quickly identify which one gives you the relief you seek. You can use this technique throughout your day as required as well. If you are struggling to lift something heavy, for example, you can simply say strong and you will find it much easier to do. There will be, however, a far greater ease and enjoyment of the path, a calmer BEingness, a place of peaceful acceptance and flow that will be most delightful for you.

Rather than greeting the process with resistance, perhaps it might be nice to greet it with excitement and wonder. What if you looked at it as a wonderful treasure hunt, uncovering new gifts that give you direction to the next delightful discovery? To approach your path in such a way would set the tone for a much more enjoyable ride from this day forward.

We speak extensively of flow in our teachings, as it is one of the most important elements of enlightenment. Water is the substance that is most closely physically related to flow and is essential for your wellness, particularly during times of accelerated shifting such as you are experiencing on your planet right now. Water helps you move with the energies. It supports you, it absorbs different vibrations, it cleanses, and it allows your physical bodies to shift in the most comfortable way possible. Just as the tides on your planet move with the planets, so do you. By using water as a tool, by both drinking ample amounts, and submerging yourself in it (salt water is especially good for externally cleansing the body), you will be choosing to move with the rhythm of the universe, and assisting yourself in a very simple, yet very effective way. If you have allowed yourself to become dehydrated, you have allowed your body to enter into a space of resistance rather than flow. So drink, Dear Ones, drink! And if you really wish to support yourself, ask Source to bless your water beforehand, and you will be sailing through these times with a far greater ease. ~Archangel Gabriel

Simply put, choosing responses of fear, denial and resistance is like placing yourself in a cage. Love supports growth and freedom. Because it is an expansion tool, wherever you allow your love to flow becomes expanded and nurtured. From that viewpoint, you could see love as a manifestation tool. What in your life needs expansion and growth? Try simply sending it love, whether it be to your own body, your human expression, to your finances, to your livelihood, to relationships with others.
