There is a big difference between wanting to do your best and
perfectionism. There is nothing wrong with wanting to put forth your
best effort. That is part of your personal integrity and you are loved
and celebrated for your diligence. But what you will find is that
perfectionism is about control, while creation has flow. Perfectionism
constricts, while creation expands. Do you see? How can you assume
your role of co-creator if you do not release your creations? It is of
the greatest importance that your gifts get released for the world to
enjoy. The New Earth will not shimmer and shine as brightly without
your unique contributions being part of it. Perfectionism is merely
another way your ego self, the part of you that seeks to keep you small,
will attempt to block your way from stepping into your true, glorious
